- Non-Customized Products: Returns are accepted if the product is unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags intact.
- Customized T-Shirts: Returns or refunds are not accepted unless the product is damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please raise a request within the specified return window after delivery. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side.
